Account data — name, email address, and profile information you provide when signing up via email or Google/Apple OAuth (handled by Clerk).
Usage data — scenarios completed, exam scores, session duration, and progress stored in your browser's local storage and our database.
Payment data — billing details processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited for security and analytics.
3. How we use your data
To provide and improve the Praxis platform and lab environment.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (receipts, verification codes, account notices).
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session tokens) and preference storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@praxy.xyz. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK financial regulations.
