1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Praxis ("the Service") at www.praxy.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Praxis provides browser-based Kubernetes practice labs, scenario-based exercises, and exam preparation tools for CKA, CKS, and CKAD certifications. Access to the live cluster environment requires a paid subscription except where stated otherwise.
3. Account responsibilities
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or allow others to use your subscription.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the lab infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Free tier — 3 CKA scenarios, no payment required.
- Pro (monthly) — £8/month, billed monthly, cancel any time.
- Lifetime — one-time payment of £39, perpetual access.
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Refund policy
15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at
hello@praxy.xyz within 15 days of your payment date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds requested after 15 days from the purchase date are not eligible unless the Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period. Lifetime plan refunds are only available within the 15-day window.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — scenarios, tasks, solutions, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Praxis. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the lab clusters to mine cryptocurrency, launch attacks against external systems, host persistent workloads unrelated to practice, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this policy without refund.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of Praxis will result in passing any certification exam. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
